Mr. Laolu Oguntuyi is working as a Director of Technical and Vocational Services in Lagos State Technical and
Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB).
He had Master of Science (M.Sc) in Transport Studies after his academic qualification in Civil Engineering. He is a Civil Engineer with a high creative capability which allows him to plan, design, manage, assess, standardize and advice at everything about Civil Engineering. He also has a solid ethic background with a professional commitment and responsibility as well as an excellent attitude to deal with people.
Mr Laolu Oguntuyi has developed techniques for delivering increasing value for the core business through proactive Technical and Vocational Education and is now recognized for this work nationally and internationally. He recently received the International award in recognition of his valuable contributions towards exemplary dedication to the improvement of Vocational Education in Nigeria at African Leaders in Education forum award in Accra, Ghana.
He is a fellow of (3) three Institutes in Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN). He is also a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development. He is a Resource person for both National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and National Business and Technical Education Board(NABTEB). He is a member of Lagos State Special Marshals Unit of Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) and Traffic Mayor of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).
